Insurance & Direct Billing
We offer direct billing for a variety of insurance plans, helping you reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket expenses. Our clinic accepts Extended Medical Plans, ICBC, and WorkSafeBC (WSBC) for direct billing.
For MSP, we do not offer direct billing, but we can assist you in claiming MSP supplementary benefits for reimbursement.
ICBC
Start Your Treatments Right Away
If you’ve been in a car accident, ICBC Enhanced Care provides pre-approved coverage for 12 weeks, regardless of who was at fault. During this period, you are covered for up to 12 acupuncture treatments with no out-of-pocket cost.
To begin treatment:
- Get your ICBC claim number when you file your claim.
- Book your appointment – we will bill ICBC directly.
- If you need treatment beyond 12 weeks, additional coverage may be approved based on your recovery progress.
If you were a cyclist or pedestrian injured in a crash, you are generally eligible for the same coverage.
Common treatments include acupuncture, cupping, and acupressure. If you have PTSD, sleep issues, or digestive concerns like constipation, we may recommend Traditional Chinese Medicine (Herbal Therapy), which may require additional payment beyond ICBC coverage.
WorkSafeBC (WSBC)
Coverage for Work-Related Injuries
For work-related injuries, WSBC covers $125 Full payment, $87.5 per session, and you’ll have a co-pay of $37.5 per visit.

Supplementary Benefits
We do not offer direct billing for MSP, but we can assist you in submitting a claim for reimbursement.
- MSP supplementary benefits cover $23 per visit, with a limit of 10 visits per year.
